ago nostalgia hit me, we decided to return to Bulgaria. My idea for a cheese shop came about spontaneously. I adore cheese, and I discovered that Dutch cheese (yellow cheese) is very little known in Bulgaria.<\/p><p>To learn more, I enrolled in a professional course. There, the magical process of cheese making captivated me!<\/p><p>So, on 02.09.2023 I arrived in Sofia and started building the store. Today it is already a fact and I am happy to welcome customers.
